What do we DO during these Sessions?
We will journey together for 3 months, meeting once a week for 20 min to do our Self-Acupuncture protocol together.
Each Session will be a protocol related to the 5 Phases: Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood.
You will be intrinsically connected to the seasonal, cyclical nature of our universe - imperative to healing.
You'll have access to your Portal where you can refer back to the weeks protocol to practice.
You will develop your very own tiny ritual: a 2 min a Day Self-Acupuncture Ritual.
I do mine every morning at my desk, before I begin work for the day , and every night when I am brushing my teeth

Introduction to
Self-Acupuncture
Self-Acupuncture is ancient Taoist medicine that addresses not only your being but your place in the cosmos and your connection to One.
In your sessions, we are addressing your stagnations: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually by guiding Qi to move and unblock these hidden, stuck, and stagnant areas.
We are also awakening the influential leader within you. The world needs you to lead with your heart and in order to do this, the pressure and stressors upon you need relief and release.

The most significant outcome of power is the ability to influence. Influence can be damaging or fleeting if power is fueled by egoic needs or personal fear.
True power does not come from the ego or the mind. We cannot think our way to being more influential or empowered. Empowerment originates in the love you are born with, the love you are born as, and the love that emanated from you - this is true and lasting influence.
In western culture, the mind is seen as the source of power, and power is further misconstrued as intellect. Our intellect, our conscious mind, is put upon a pedestal and upheld as 'who we are. Our unconscious mind, the hidden parts of us, our Shadow, is the real source of power and is truly our superpower.
When we count on the intellect and our conscious mind, the egoic aspects of ourselves, love-based power can morph into fear-based power. The ego is very very good at this.
This is distorted power and is the source of much of our destructive actions, such as self-sabotage, impostor syndrome, and over-reactions, to name a few, comes from.
We are working on bringing awareness to where you may have distorted power and transforming this into love-power.
When our natural, love-based power becomes distorted, we end up diminishing our power, lower our energy of love, and close ourselves off to the only authentic source of true positive, influential power.
Quantum physics acknowledges this energetic vibration you feel when you are 'losing your power'. Energy is measured by how fast or slow it is vibrating. When you engage in distorted power or are around others who do (fear, blame, worry, etc) you feel less energy physically. You may feel emotions that make you feel weak or tired. This is due to this distortion and is related to your non-expression of what you have come to the planet to express.
When you are in authentic love power, those around you feel it, you are magnetized and you will attract community to engage in your cause, whatever it is. You will influence those around you by being in their presence. And yes, this works online, over the strange and wonderful interweb.

Q: How long are the Sessions?
We journey together for 3 months. You meet 1:1 for 12 private sessions with me, Dr. Lacey Dupre once a week for 20 min. I’ve structured this so that even the busiest can tune it. Over the next 3 months you’ll help heal chronic pain, fatigue and anxiety as well as overcome emotional stagnations and blocks.
Q: When do we start?
These are individual sessions, so you start at my next available appointment.
Then we book you out for your next 12 sessions.
Q: Do I get lifetime access to the program material?
There is some fabulous material that goes along with your sessions, the material I’ve curated over decades of exploring inner work. You’ll have access to this for the 3 months you’re enrolled.
Q: Can I re-enroll?
Currently, yes. You’ll be first eligible to re-enroll in another 3 month session. But I won’t be offering 1:1 like this forever!
Q: Are there any prerequisites?
Not anything that you must ‘do’, no. But I do ask that you come with an open heart and are kind, respectable and ready to dive into some soul work.
Although self-awareness can be grueling at times, the only way to truly advance your consciousness is by choosing to do the work that frees you to be in your authentic power.
Also, I do not accept anyone who does not agree that BLM (Black Lives Matter), or that the Coronavirus is not real.
Q: Are there any costs other than the initial investment?

Q:What is the refund policy?
Once you have attended you sessions, no, there are no refunds of course. If you have not gone through the 12 sessions and you have extenuating circumstances, contact me and I can see if there is other support I can offer you.
Q: Can I change my appointments once they are booked?
You must make all appointment changes 48 hours in advance or it will count as one of your sessions.
Q: What is the investment?

Q:I have an autoimmune condition, would this program be a good fit for me?
I began my journey as a Doctor of Chinese Medicine specializing in chronic pain and anxiety. I believe that many if not all of the ‘dis-ease’ we suffer with, especially autoimmune conditions, are rooted in the emotions and spiritual realm. So yep, you’re a great fit. Of course, these sessions do not replace your physician’s advice and care.
Q: I have a certain mental health condition, would this program be a good fit for me?
Chinese Medicine does not diagnose as Western Medicine does. I look at you as a wholly unique individual and the patterns that have manifested in you as ‘disease’ have come your way via a different path than someone else. So Western diagnosis does not apply here. If you need professional help from a physician or mental health professional, please seek this out, this is not a replacement for these therapies.
